We offer a 14 day money back return policy on items that are unopened, unused or in like-new condition. Refunds will be for the Item's original price only - (Original shipping will not be refunded.) Buyer pays for return shipping for reason(s) due to no fault of our own (i.e.: Defective, lost or damaged items that can be replaced by G3 Elite fall into the "no fault of our own category"). Shipping on these items will not be refunded if returned. If the item being returned is used or not in new condition, it will not be refunded unless authorization is given by G3 Elite prior to return - (please contact G3 Elite customer support at 951-777-8396.) All parts must be included in return to receive a refund.
How long will it take to receive my item within the 49 states?
Once your order is placed, we usually ship within 24 hours excluding Saturdays, Sundays and U.S. Holidays from our West Coast location.
What do I do if my package looks or is damaged in shipping?
Please inspect the item right away and Contact G3 Elite within 14 business days so we can file a damage claim and send new parts or new item depending on what is covered by claim..
What do I do if my package shows delivered but has not been received?
Please contact G3 Elite within 2 business days so we can start a package trace to find the lost package or file a lost package claim so we can send a new item right away.
Do your products come with a warranty?
We offer a 30 day warranty on our products, if a product defect arises, please provide photos and an explanation in an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will review your email and one of our professional customer service represenatives will be in touch.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Pay Pal online and cash during pick-up at our local warehouse. If credit card must be used as a last resort, a 5% convenience fee will be charged.
